Philosophy of Leadership

Spar Nord Bank by president John Lundsgaard and Centre for Philosophy and Science Studies at Aalborg University have initiated this project.

The purpose of the project is to develop a new philosophy of leadership. There is a great need for rethinking in the philosophy of leadership in order to adapt it to the conditions of modern society and business.

Leaders from business and society as well as research fellows participate in the project.
